What are the delivery charges?
The delivery charge for small items is £5.95 and delivery is Next Day Delivery.
What are the delivery options for my order?
Delivery on priced items is within two working days. Lead times for larger orders and bespoke items will be estimated in your proposal and confirmed when the order is placed.
Do your prices include VAT?
All the prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
What are the payment options for my order?
We accept most major credit & debit cards. We also offer the ability to pay on account if we have pre-arranged this facility with you. If you are interested in opening a credit account, please contact us.

How do I place an order?
If you know what you want to purchase and the items you require are individually priced in our ‘Products‘ section of this website, then you can place an order online using your credit or debit card, or with PayPal. If you’re not sure what you need, or the items you require are not priced individually on the site, then please call us to arrange a Property Survey so we can prepare a report on what you need, together with the options available and our recommendations.

You will be given the opportunity to create an account when you place your order.
